Hi everyone!
I'm here with another fanart, this time it's a pen drawing!

I felt like drawing creepy Chara (I'm not really sure if this is creepy though XD) and I wanted to draw something with pen again for a long time.

I kinda messed it up though. xd
The shoelaces... well.. don't mind them, I have no idea what the hell I was doing XD
